    Unfortunately inflation and rising costs are a reality of current world problems in many industries. This will be common theme for many companies next 2 years.

    e.g. Get a quote to build your house today versus 24 months ago ? You would be looking at another 15-20% additional costs due to inflation.

    - Timber up
    - Steel Up
    - Aluminium up
    - Insulation up
    - Labour hard to find
