many months in production , no visibility on how much ton have been produced . is there possibility that project have problems? vendor and contractor both in trouble as still no revenue ? product spec with high S is problem? . 65 index is still far from 150? advance Royal-- no one know who they are? maybe contractor have not produced tons and vendor can't pay the fixed cost. only way to vendor finance and dress up the asset. ?
