no, i don't think we'll need to wait another 10 weeks. in fact I think the vessel Maple Fortune. soon to dock in Darwin, will take away around 30kt of product. I'm guessing that, if true, ELE will be keen to have that vessel loaded and dispatched pre publication of its quarterly, as you will appreciate, cash on hand would look markedly different if they could boast about 95% * 32kt * US$155/t cash inflows.
this hypothesis sort of sits well with container shortfall, I expect later than published commercial production rates, lower than antifipated product yield etc etc etc.
of course, we're yet to understand how much it's costing to get there ... time will tell I suppose.
