    Anyone who know's, or speak's with the good Dr, knows this comment would not be made unless there was something substantial behind it.
    I am speculating SMT will become a strategic partner, and will be involved in the financing of the Tech project.
    Looking forward to the DFS and FID.
    Ducks are lining up nicely.
