To be sanguine, it is good that the SP has not exploded pre DFS.
If you take Vulcan, for example, they are years from production and the a lot of short term expectations have already been built into the SP.
Most important wording is to "commence in 2023". This might give an indication that not only the DFS is coming shortly, but they are pushing to start production of the plant soonish and that the financing is being finalized.
Bring on the DFS and lets start seeing what their goals are.
