My guess is they either reach a NT agreement quickly or they try to quietly go to the NNTT with the FID being pushed out whilst naive HC holders scratch their heads wondering what's going on with the SP falling back to 13 cents. At the moment the market is being drip fed with low hanging fruit stuff and re-hashes of the ongoing negotiations with NAIF etc. Remember how the environmental approvals dragged on and on. Dealing with NAIF and bankers is easy compared to negotiating with NT parties. I am more than happy to be proven wrong on this because the sector needs momentum and APC is the next cab off the rank.
