Sevo, based on previous advice re discussions having been in place with the traditional owners since 2017 I’m running with the former. I know now you’ll be tempted to recycle your patented ‘they’d want to hope they’ve done more than simply giving a bunch of laptops to the local kids’ but personally I think that management deserve a lot more respect than this based on the milestones that they’ve been able to take care of in the last 12months.
im not naive enough to suggest that 3+ yrs of discussions won’t have been without differences of opinion at times however I also think that it would have been a tough sell to secure the recent $7m chunk of funding without being able to give a reasonable level of certainty to a decent caliber of investor that negotiations were suitably advanced and moving towards a mutually beneficial outcome.
I’m expecting that you won’t need to wait too long to be able to draw a line through this concern and work out another angle to pick up some of those 13c beauties
