Kado Muir is named in the successful NT claim registered with the NNTT, that is all that matters. You want to hope that he and the named claimants speak for the Waturta otherwise you have a whole can of worms you don’t want to deal with. Dealing with TO’s isn’t like scheduling a meeting on St George’s Tce with your supporting broker or banker.
