Sevo let’s try to avoid using overly emotive language here. Your reference to Mr Muir being named in the ‘successful NT Claim’ is very possibly going to mislead some of the good folk on this thread into believing that a ruling has been handed down in his favour. Unless you’re across info that I’m not this is not the case.

He is simply named as an applicant and as with an application there needs to be a level of proof that he meets the relevant criteria which if Hawk’s line of thought is correct wouldn’t be a tough assignment for the relevant ruling body to refute via formal clarification with the Waturta Elders.

All of the above being said I understand that peeling off every layer of the onion has the potential to take additional time and I don’t disagree that any resulting delays to current progress wouldn’t be ideal. But again I’ll worry about this if it were to occur
