I don’t think any outstanding approvals or NT will stop them getting a good deal on finance. I’m sure they will get a great package. BCI has a NAIF package that is contingent on a list of things as long as your arm.
I think the other advanced WA SOP companies will also end up with good packages.
But the lenders won’t lend until the approvals/agreements are in place.
We have seen lenders not lending at SO4 and that means unnecessary, discounted cap raises.
I was told that I had a vivid imagination when I suggested it was possible to start the development using the equity raise and then get into strife.
