To be fair though, it has to be said that I have seen cases where people have head hunted very competent people from other companies that they have either worked with in the past or respected colleagues now in other companies have recommended. These thing can always work both ways and some people are more competent at recruitment than others. Let's hope that we dial up the five treasure chests here.
