I'm sure if I took on a the Beach position of CEO I'd have a pretty good plan in place to ensure i made a difference to the production Outlook holistically not just Waitsia.
The other goose was always talking about harvest mode, as in reaping production, he forgot one fundamental problem with that, you need to seed before you harvest.....
Confident theres a lot more to unfold here other then removing 200 staff, thats a bandaid measure they'll all be rehired within 2 years or less, if they'd come back
