All good until they go to do a project and then realise they have to outsource things because they've lost too much skilled workforce. Or have to pay megabucks to get the same people back again, and no one wants to work in this culture of a workplace where 30% culls occur. They should be announcing that they're targeting 30% increased profits, not targeting a 30% decrease to the people that make profits.
I could be bias in my views, but I'll probably sell out on this basis as it'll take a long time to restore the culture.
