good solid changes (we have been long overdue a seasoned sales VP, for the size of company we have IT under CFO is positive , removal of some very expensive and non-productive people in unnecessary roles for a 60odd person organisation .
.... glad to see we have competent execs. I would have hate to have seen them make knee jerk changes in the first few weeks/months without doing internal due diligence around customers, strategy, organisational structure on what's needed to move IPD forward.
