Downsides are also new Mining Engineer to take on Peak Management role. Never met 1 mining engineer with any skill yet not to mention it will be12 months before he works out what is going on. Also it will be a fly in fly out role so only be onsite half the year. This won't be of any use to the business. The fact that he has worked for a contractor may go in his favor a little bit. Said it before they need a hands on manager with skill to come in and run the business.
