It's difficult to understand how an insto like Regal will take part in a placement at 55c and be selling the majority at a steep discount. Are they in the business of making a loss? Are they playing with other investor's money? I wish I had the crystal ball that would tell me when they were going to stop selling. This will probably recover very rapidly at that time.
