How so? If you're referring to whether the gas price orica is paying is 2013 gas prices or todays gas prices then I understand your point somewhat.
Although Orica would have forecast a profit based on POG in 2013 and I doubt things would have dramatically changed a great deal.
End of the day businesses make deals that are profitable for them at the time those deals are made. This is no different and Orica is clearly moving ahead because they still feel it works out for them.
Doesn't seem like a big issue.
