I think I should explain my rationale for a capital raise.

Last quarter they anticipated expenses for this quarter to be $5.498 million. They have cash of about $1.5 million and from my understanding a credit facility of $500 000.

I guess sales will cover this quarter but going forward I'm not so sure.

Having said that the share price has been fairly resilient and history indicates this is always their best quarter.

Interesting times ahead.
