Morningstar has VIV as Undervalued and calls Fair Value of 6.0c.

It will be interesting to see if there is a bit of a flutter of buying closer to the end of the month before the Quarterly is released.

It's very hard to accumulate any shares, I've been trying but hesitating to buy up higher.

Dunno what it will take to get your 20c but I'd expect to see 10c this year based on my DD if the company can deliver more revenue/profit.
