Despite all the positive partnerships/announcements, shareholder activism and management changes made since IPO, revenue hasn't materially moved and the company has raised capital like clockwork each year and diluted shareholders to oblivion ...
Market will probably need a few quarters of sustained revenue growth and reduced burn to believe that a turnaround is indeed underway. Not surprising why the market isn't willing to give them the benefit of the doubt this time.
