At ATL, everyone is deep red. Hardly the best investment of anyone.
1. Have you seen any positive announcements, news, updates in the past 2 years? Yes, Fadi has tried with 180 recently without any results. However, the directors cleary destroyed the value of the existing options/hopes to survive without a new CR with their new option's expiry date. What a timing?
2. Agree, there could be some close out period. But in the last 12 months?
3. I have never blamed DT. As I mentioned before, he is mainly an investor in SIS as many of us. We all get it sometime right and sometime wrong. And I agree that his contribution might be that SIS is still listed (which is huge). Just pointed out that many expected him to save SIS when he was appointed. Personally, I don't care who is who but I care how the business is run. SIS does not seem to be run well imo comparing peers in the sector.
The broader market actually is not too bad, especially where SIS operates. Agree there is a shakeout of unsustainable businesses.
4. Yes, the mgmt need to do something urgently because time is not in their side.
5. Good to have different views. Time will tell.
