IMO if the company can reliably continue the profitability of recent year , then a non-growth TOP 50 company would warrant a P/E of 15+ (investors would expect a div yield around 4%ff) - this would indicate a sp of $12.
IMO if the company can reliably continue the profitability of recent year , then a GROWTH TOP 50 company would warrant a P/E of 18+ (investors would expect a div yield around 3%ff) - this would indicate a sp of $15.
The AGM speeches give good indication that both reliability and growth are happening.
I see more (warranted) sp growth, particularly as institutions begin to realise and accumulate.
