Same here, in that I purchased them at $12.00 countless years ago and there have been the dividends, but I didn't buy more when the SP crashed, my money went elsewhere which has been good to me too. I hope they hold out for more than $9.00 and my ORG being in my super fund i believe disables me from voting but I will check on that shortly - they may take my view but will vote how the majority of ORG holders in the superfund choose. I would say NO to the offer, but majority will vote YES I am certain, so why should I bother voting at all anyway. GOOD LUCK!! and what will we do with the proceeds if it all goes ahead, which may take a very long time to completion. The impatient ones might sell now and reinvest elsewhere while the market is generally staying down - so many opportunities. I will stay clear of energy companies in future.
