What will GROK Ventures offer be? $9.50 AUD? Could get really interesting, non-binding inductive bid 9f $9 vs hostile GROkbid?
Brookfield have the anti-trust concerns with ACCC, GROK have none.
MCB a now has so much money after Wall Street tick, ORG a would be petty cash.
If GROK successful with ORG, Brookfield AM could go after AGL again minus GROK poison pill.
