What organizations and people do with debt, they pay it off in accordance with a repayment schedule. Simply really.
Asia not wanting to convert "coal burners to gas" is hardly believable IMHO. People told me stories about oil drying up and I am glad I did not believe them.
"Huge debt to build LNG plant" is highly disputable in terms of whether the debt is disproportionately "huge" compared to the benefits of a LNG plant of that size IMHO but pls DYOR.
