I am treating this as a decision to aid marketing of the Origin brand to "city slickers" , and to make life a bit easier for the C-suite and Board who will have to deal with fewer troublemakers.
As for it being a good investment decision, I cannot have enough info to assess (but I did think that they overpaid considerably for the prospect when they acquired it, so the loss they book now can be viewed in that context).
