Yes very true TO's rarely happen although Avanco resources got taken over by Oz minerals after they just built their mine they are basically neighbours with CTM in the Carajas , Not sure if that takeover was any good for OZL the copper operation is fairly small and fairly high cost of production have not looked at them for a long time but Avanco had large land holdings so probably bought them out for that. I also believe Avanco like CTM had a relationship with Vale.
