Why don't you contact him and ask for replies to your questions. That's what i would do! If he is genuine he will reply, if not then you know. I am certainly very happy and i will be picking up some shares at this bargain price, previously I had no intention with the past management, just sat back and watched.
By the way I see that he left Galantas after the open pit operations ceased in 2012. But prior press releases speak highly of him and how he lead the mine to record production. "Just checked!"
I don't know about CDG, I never have understood them. This is one that i would not touch with a barge pole.
The new CFO also worked for CDG maybe they know something that you don't!
If you are going down those lines the New CEO has also had two companies collapse or go into liquidation. There are always reasons, as i said contact the individuals concerned if you are in doubt. I always find this the best way the direct approach.
