Having now read the offer document from cover to cover I have a number of questions that I'll pose on here to see whether anyone has answers to them, before I approach the company.
1. Is this international resource finance and investment company a current shareholder or a completely new one?
2. Are they Chinese and do they want to own the whole company?
3. If we agree to them holding more than 19.9% (as per para 4.1b) bottom of page) does this nullify the requirement for them to make a takeover offer for the whole company?
4. Does anyone remember whether it's been stated that the Directors will all be taking up their full entitlements?
