The grade is one thing that needs to improve for sure,, not sure if that will happen anytime soon if at all. It sounds like supplying feed is also a problem. 1500 ton = 15 ton per hour, 10 hour day for 10 days,, that might be something that can be addressed in the short term... It sounds like two weeks on one shift to me. Feed the plant two shifts for four five day weeks and we have 400 oz a month at that grade. A big ask from where we are at the moment but not impossible imo.
