    A $5m CR if possible at these prices is nearly the equivalent of the current market cap 

    A $5m CR at these prices could double to triple the share registry ( shares and options )

    imo
    $5m capital is not huge at this point in time - just over 200 ounces of gold sales in recent times with running costs excluding debts well in excess of gold sales
