'MO personal view the J.V. - with Anglo exploration appears imminent & could finalize in the near term, just can't see Anglo committing to the exploration J.V. without also committing to a J.V with Cascavel at a latter stage as they both potential J.V.'s are imo in cascade together, as should Anglo commit to the Exploration J.V.-with CRH having security, then they- Anglo must be unperturbed -hence they have confidence in Cascavel's turnaround as Cascavel becoming cash flow positive annuls security concerns with CRH regarding them Anglo spending up to 7 million
USD over 3 years ( regardless Q if they can withdraw at any stage as its standard clause in J.V. contract )-
Can't see Anglo committing & then withdrawing as their are many advance targets as i have given references to in recent postings.'
IMO
The forth coming dilution for $500k and /or $5m looks like proceeding at a price below . 3c
Salt, do you seriously think $5m will advance ogx to self funding and beyond and meet full Cartesian debt
Look at current production levels after $27m of capital already injected
A 70/30 JV with Anglo for exploration over 3 years with the remaining spend by Anglo required etc- can only proceed or continue if OGX have cashflows from Cascavel well beyond breakeven
Exploration is not earnings or cashflows or profits etc
Only the big boys have cash to advance any exploration results to profits - more dilution after more dilution
You can't have the JV in progress unless OGX is self funding throughout the entire JV and beyond - can't have more CR after Cr after CR to survive imo
The JV assets are fully under mortgage as well
