The new share registry won't destroy any holders or interest groups lenders only retail holders IMO

Wouldn't be good for price appreciation going forward if 2billion or more shares are acquired at these prices - they can make a mozza at sub 1c

What about Retail investors ??? where is the rights issue ?????
