I would definitely DYOR and not take too much notice of what Eshmoon says as gospel - he famously posted a 'gutted fish' on HC referring to OGX at 2.4 cents... oops that must have hurt now that we are 12.5 cents ... poor call - move on. He has been feverishly down ramping OGX ever since in IMO a bid to restore some credibility to his vacuous posts.
If you are going to take into account a future 'debt' from CRH then you must also take into account the value of future production and the value of future exploration etc etc etc it is not fair or reasonable to pick and choose which 'facts' you use to make your repetitive down ramping point of view...
Management have been very clear that the alleged JV is currently 'in negotiation' and therefore not binding - not rocket science - if not where is any announcement from Anglo regarding a JV with OGX? - Don't Anglo also have a legal obligation to make announcement if a 'binding' agreement exists?
Hopefully we hit 16 cents next week and this poster will sell any shares he has (as promised) and move along with his LARGE profit to another company. GLTA.
