It is the shareholding in the BEE entity, which will hold the 20% interest in the Prieska Project, that has changed. Per the announcement of the BEE restructure on 16 April 2019 the 20% interest in the Prieska Project was going to be held 67% by Black Star and 33% by KNI. The shareholding in the BEE entity (Prieska Resources), which will hold the 20% interest in Repli (holder of the Prieska Project), has changed. The shareholding in Prieska Resources (the BEE entity) will now be:

• 44.72% Safika
• 17.31% Black Star (diluted from 67% to 17.31% with entry of Safika)
• 37.97% KNI (increased from 33% tot 37.97% with dilution of Black Star and entry of Safika.

Safika is a great addition to the shareholding base of the Prieska Project - although Safika is a BEE company and the Prieska Project will get the required BEE rating through them, Safika in their own right is a great business partner with a large global footprint.
