actually no, the concern is not about ownership of the manufacturing facility and direct costs of the fire - it is potential for disruption in the supply of the product to market which may hurt buyer/prescriber confidence and at this crucial stage of rampup, thereby handing market share back to competitors.
like you i am very happy mgmt's product development, that is why we're all here i guess, it is more a corporate issue and as i said this is not the first time they've been slow to inform the market.
