Hi All,

I have just come back on line (been in Peru last couple months) to try and understand what has happened and what todo re the merger/takeover (also got the call from computer share).

I appreciate any kind soul who can nicely "man-splain" it for me (yep i'm male but would love the simplicity - I've read a lot of the forums and its really not that much clearer for my limited knowledge. I've owned 20K GXY along with 4500 ORE shares for the last couple of years.

Questions
- As a retail investor do we want this and therefore should i vote yes? (i get its DYOR but am also interested in peoples opinion)
- At first glance it doesn't seem like a premium for a takeover, I'm assuming however there is now a premium built into the GXY SP assuming it will go ahead?
- To confirm if its successful then my 20K GXY turns into 11380 ORE shares and the GXY shares are no more
- Is there any impact if i do nothing?
- Anything else?
