Hi
I am new to mining stock
Can someone please enlighten me on the situation if the sp of both stocks change more than the ratio of 0.569?
For example
(The example below gives a ratio = 0.714) therefore to get 0.569 - GXY holders will lose out.
ORE sp = $7 (by mid August)
GXY sp = $5 (by mid August)
Therefore is it better to own ORE stock?
Also, after the merger - what will the sp be ?
Will it be the combine of the current 2 sp (i.e. $7.69 ORE + $4.38 GXY= $12.07)
Does both ORE & GXY holders win equally from the merger?
Say - i bought GXY shares before the merger at $4.38 - then after the merger my holdings is now worth $12.07?
Sorry for the dumb questions - as i am new to mining and mergers.
Can someone explain it with examples and numbers?
