Simon, Just answered a question that the answer stated that SDV "stages" can be accelerated through/with the merger.

and another answer on SDV points out that the new entity owns 100% SDV compared to other options of an outside Partner for GXY alone.

Atm I cant see the merger being a poor result for us Shareholders if it goes ahead.

Personally I get the feeling GXY know that this is best for the Company in the circumstances in their ability to deliver?
