No we ORE shareholders don't get a vote, which is kind of bizarre, isn't it? I would vote yes and I am confident that these SoAs (schemes of arrangement), once they are endorsed by the board, usually get up.
Probably just as well there isn't a second vote by ORE holders as it would maybe complicate things unnecessarily.
