Global EV sales for the full year 2019 were 2,209,831 up 10% YoY

EV registrations in the Netherlands, Norway and Spain combined were 11,630 in January (not the final update) vs 10,003 last year. That is 11.6% growth YoY with some upside left despite Tesla sales falling of a cliff from December last year especially in the Netherlands.
