Yes they've treated shareholders with contempt, clearly thinking we are so stupid we won't figure out what has been going on.

It was pretty obvious when they announced the Stage 2 pond area was twice that of Stage 1, but chose not to inform shareholders why that was necessary (a breach of ASX disclosure rules I'd reckon). I think the previous excuse of an error in the pond management spreadsheet algorithm was equally bogus, and certainly the last quarter results confirmed that.

So they have finally acknowledged the truth, only when they think the upcoming high-evaporation season plus the increase in pond capacity will actually allow them to drive the Stage 1 plant at full capacity through the winter season for the first time.
