The new CEO seems more than capable. Unfortunately I believe he was stuck with an ineffective S1 pond system and a poor plant. Building the S2 ponds is absolutely on track as far as timing goes and should provide enough total capacity for 42ktpa. I think everyone underestimated the difficulty in bringing a new brine operation online given it hadn't been done in 20 years. Mistakes were made but the new CEO is making a difference already. Not real fair to hold new management to the mistakes of the past. Its also much easier to improve quality with the freedom of high sales margins. I'd much prefer high margins and lower quality than high quality and lower margins because I believe it is easier to rectify the former. As for quality, a large portion of primary grade (lower quality) after the S2 expansion will be sent to the Naraha Hydroxide plant to be purified during the conversion to Hydroxide. People who expect ORE to only produce BG product at the moment probably don't understand that the sales price difference is less than the cost to run the purification circuit. AIMHO
