It does appear to be a great deal as ORE get to keep cash rather than spend it. bit of a war chest.
Question to me is though do we need it? We shall see. Cash is king of course but i don't want to see it slowly dibble away on meaningless stuff.
The other thing is the cost. I am pretty sure that has increased significantly.
Wonder if the new guy had a hand in that?
