Probably not a coincidence that the short positions are unwinding. The current short campaign started in mid-July when the share price was much higher ($5.63 on Friday 13th - unlucky? ).
It isn't a stretch to think the shorters had good reason (if not inside information) to suspect the quarterly results were poor - if they had been good, ORE would have announced them in the first week of two in July. They were right.
