On what basis does Joe get to hold ORE management to account He is not a shareholder, one of their bankers, one of their customers, one of their suppliers, an agent of the Argentina government, etc.
Holding to account - that is for others to do.
FWIW, I think he uses a very poor choice of words in that particular tweet when he says "$ORE's failure spooked Oz".
Very easy to read that phrasing as a business failure i.e. gone broke, shut up shop, etc.
Stated as fact & clearly not true...
