The average price from 2018 to 2022 is close to 40c (IPO price), with 90% extra shares on issue, with a fair chunk issued as management performance shares ?? Not sure what the definition of performance is (the extent to which an investment is profitable, especially in relation to other investments according to the dictionary). Maybe this years annual report might include how many have been issued and to who ? over the journey with a table of what the hurdles are. If you are going to take money from investors on the ASX, the company should include similar disclosures.
