As if they could not see this coming!!! It was clear to me that syphoning money from shareholders pocket could mean only one thing (in my virew); the broker wanted to have the best of both worlds by being paid in this but not putting their reputation on the line with new to ARE investors, bearing in mind that the pool of sophisticated investors whom they normally approach is their bread and butter and limited and losing them by bad reputation would not be best for the broker. So, they put a safe bet and perhaps advised ARE to poke into existing shareholders pocket. ALL my opinion. DYOR.
