If you look at the ORR board it seems the vast majority of those who opined didn't want SVM scrip. They got their wish, the all cash offer looks like it's going to win. Too bad for them, but they made their bed and now get to lie in it.
As a SVM shareholder I'm glad we didn't dilute at far lower share prices to acquire ORR.
