It's a modest increase in the offer from PRU, and hopefully it's enough to get the job done. Can't see Silvercorp being able to compete with this.
Pretty smooth from PRU, tried the bad cop routine a few days ago, now the conciliatory approach with a slight sweetener on top.
ORR board are duty-bound to look after shareholders best interests, so they have no real choice now.
